Whitesboro Engine 236, Engine 238 and Battalion 235 responded to a major accident on Hwy 377 at Spur 129 on the morning of March 28th 2007.  Collinsville Engine 74 also assisted with the extended extrication and landing zone for LifeStar.  The pt was extricated and transported to a Dallas area hospital.
